It refers to a nose with a hump on the nasal bridge. The hump on the nasal bridge often makes the glabella region(between your eyes &above your nose) look flat and the tip relatively droopy.The droopy tip should be highly projected by Dynamic Tip Plasty and the curved nasal bridge should be delicately trimmed.The operation of a hump nose requires skilled technique and meticulous care, so it must be conducted by a surgeon with abundant experience.A careful and deliberate decision must be made beforehand since there are many cases of revision operations due to remaining hump from an erroneous primary operation.In addition, since the nasal bridge itself is already high in most of the hump nose cases, surgical methods of not using implants are widely used not to make it look unnatural due to protruding glabella region.

1. Overall small-size nose with a slight humpStraight projection from where the nasion starts in the glabella region(between your eyes &above your nose) to the hump on the nasal bridge using autologous tissue.

2. Severe hump noseRemoval of the hump section on the nasal bridge with its bone and cartilage.Even grinding of postoperatively irregular surface of the bone to make the nasal bridge sleek and refined as much as possible.

The bone itself is often wide and big in many cases of severe hump nose.

Meticulous care is needed in these cases since the width of nasal bridge from the front view may look too wide due to the removal of the hump when a proper operation of breaking and narrowing the wide nasal bone isn’t applied together.
