It refers to a nose with a hump on the nasal bridge. 2. Severe hump noseRemoval of the hump section on the nasal bridge with its bone and cartilage.Even grinding of postoperatively irregular surface of the bone to make the nasal bridge sleek and refined as much as possible.
The bone itself is often wide and big in many cases of severe hump nose.
Meticulous care is needed in these cases since the width of nasal bridge from the front view may look too wide due to the removal of the hump when a proper operation of breaking and narrowing the wide nasal bone isn’t applied together.
